johninho & pamelita
(they used to say we look like couples ^(oo)^") : p
then..
we change to our shorts and went to the Bakon Hill temple... its a very cool temple as we had to jog all the way (like jungle traking)up to the top of the hill to see the sunset on that evening..
we finally reach the monument at the top of the hill after 10 min hiking and jogging...
after jungle tracking for 10 mins we finally saw the monument...
Bakon Hill temple is older than angkor wat..the steps were steeper without rails..
eek! here we go!~ to the top of the temple now...
here!
we've reached the top now waiting for the sunset..
sorry no photos on the way up too dangerous .:><:.
we manage to take a few photos in this breath taking top of the hilL view watching the twilight or is it called the horizon ^-^''??
the sun setted down behind those mountain in just a lil while ....
and we had to swiftly carefully crawl down the steps..but we din exactly jog in the end as everyone was following back-to-back walking down as it got dark so soon..XD and it was also dusty because the soil in Cambodia is very soft n smooth just like the dessert sand just that its orangie-reddish...
we had dinner buffet after visiting bakon hiLL at a cultural show restaurant but NO photos!! =(
becos my bro left the film in his pants & it when for a joy-wash in the washing machine..=/
[ging long ging long] :T_T:
bah!!!
those Cambodian girLss were hotties, gorgeous n elegant in their traditional costume dancing!!!
we were mesmerize !!

Day 2#
the next day was time to visit the
amazing Angkor Wat ..
the one I've always been reading about in the History text book form 4 front chapter...
it was an honour to actually visit the Ode Cosmo(built universe)
the one, kings built to show how much power they had in the ancient times..
this is just the outside..
they dug a lake around Angkor Wat and gave it only one entrance to enter by foot if u were to attacked it..unless u transport ur boat or warship by land to the water then u will be able to attacked on water.. but by then they would have seen you from a far and attacked your troop from the top using their cataput or archers..
so...
there you go..its a fabulous strategy being able to see your enemies from afar :P...
Mr. Pan ouR favorite tour guide that taught me Cambodian language! ^^V
"..soosdie!!!~"
this is after the entrance
inside the Angkor Wat teritory adi!
&
pictures should had said a thousand words but thanks to the lousy camera we had...
i don't think you would be able to feel how great & huge Angkor Wat was..
=(
it was a long walk before we reach inside
do you see the cravings on the wall?
how much effort last time ppL spend? o.o?
playin peek-a-boo! :P
pamie was imagining she was the royal highness who bath in the pool that was used to be full of water behind us
this is the way to the temple in Angkor Wat...
olden day ppl had to climb so high to worship their god.. =s
thats the chewies up there ^-^V...
proof of pamie coming down
(before the purple one)..kaakaa..
2nd sis n mom went to the toilet dat u can see bhind this lake that cost them 3 ringgit /1 USD to loo in a small hole n dam toilet XDD
while waitng for them..
Jie ,me and ko went strolling in the Angkor Wat field...
we saw horses...n that beautiful water Lilly lake..
and then we left angkor wat for another temple called..
~bayon hill temple~
yup! so many religion ..Hindu(bakon hill),buddhish(ang.wat) and Hindu- Buddhism(Angkor-Wat)..now another cambodian religion(bayon temple)..
how i wished i visited Cambodia n Indonesia sooner...at least i won't get those temple and religion confuse studying for spm..=.=''
you will really improve your geography and history by travelling around the world...
can u different shade the temples?
this one has 12 sharp thingi on top so its Bayon hill temple XP
inside Bayon hill temple
the half ruin monument outside the Bayon hill...
we flew to pnom penh right after that!
by plane of course..=]
Day 3#
We visited Cambodia's only palace @ Pnom Penh Cambodia's capital city =)
i cant remember the name for that grey thingi but its where they put the ashes for the royal ppl....
after that we ate buffet in a Thai restaurant...
the food was great
i love combodia's chinese crusine.. mama mee yah!fantastica! X9. we ate a Lot! XD buffet ma... after that we went the the central market after lunch.. which was ok oni ...we din buy anything as it was quite expensive... at night we went to the casino and ate in restaurant inside...hahah it was pamie's first time visiting the casino...in Cambodia any international visitor despite what age group can enter the casino but no camera allowed neh...hee..first time watching mom gamble in black jack ..kekkee..shouting for the chongker to get picture! the feller was really 'ong' but mommie was better ^-^V we stayed in the casa hoteL in pnom penh(average oni) just that dont visit the lvl 2 & 3 unless u want to be pulled in by the hookers!! XDD before we left Cambodia..we went shopping at the the independent monument for Cambodia... in the middle of a round about we visited my uncle's house too it was time to say good bye to cambodia~ before we left for home sweet home Malaysia... =] i really enjoyed visiting Cambodia if i were to go Cambodia again staying siam riep was good enough because all the hotels there were 4 /5 stars ☆ very beautifuL.. the trip was kinda rush because we had to fly to pnom penh so soon..i wished i had more time to enjoy the hotel facilities and explore more parts of the temples and jog the bakon hiLL every morning...the only nice thing bout pnom penh was the russian market where we bought lots of cheap stuff but we had to bargain for a good price before we buy...other than that the city was more likely the same as kl putra jaya because same climate :) i want to visit Siam Riep AGAIN !!! :P ms. advanturest girL
