Forgotten to say thanks to Isaac for inviting :o)

Broga Hill we conquered! It was really stamina testing ! Cut the whole outing short. I nearly couldn't take the non-stop hiking up the hill in the dark. At some point Sophia had to pull me up cos pamie had no more stamina. (laugh all u want i noe i so char XD) but it was really fun to feel youthful again ! The sleepless night, jokes and laughter on the way up till no one had the strenght to laught anymore because it was so dangerous and tiring. According to pris this is nothing compared to the tarzan hill she went. After overcoming Broga! I'm ready to attack my next FeaR Hill !

God has been faithful :)

Indeed he has been once more.

A week ago I was having really bad fever and headache till I had to be in bed almost 72 hours, 3 days fever which have not occur for nearly 9 years since I contracted measles in standard 5. Don't worry it's not the happening flu ( h 1 n 1)..However, the situation was intense since I had so many assignments due on that Saturday.

On the third night(Thursday) mommie took care of me the whole night cause if the fever was staying to the forth day I might have to go to the hospital for a blood examination. I was on traditional medication(jamu), Lime and honey juice, and porridge only, had totally lost of appetite. Flu and cough came on the 3rd and 4th day phlegm stayed for another week. It was a miracle how the really bad headache left after a good purging at the toilet @ 3 in the morning after continuous 3 hrs -3 hrs Jamu the 3rd day.

Thank You Mommy!
You made time for me thought busy!

Friday morning Hallelujah! no more fever jumping like a monkey! I manage to get ready for my presentation and got a 4.5/5 for my assignment. My God can do wonders isn't he? ^-^ V.

Confession: I broke down during the week for I thought history was going to repeat. I thought I was going to flung and give up my course (I have a history of giving up before failing, stupid huh?). He held my hand all the way and pulled me up again through all the sickness and trials. Then this week did I only realise that he was preparing me physically, mentally and spiritually cause my mom was going away for a week to melbourne.

Congratulations to my beloved Koko and Eri Jiejie!
Welcome to our family ^.^

*psst* the kindy was pretty smooth while mom was away. Only with His strength it was possible. Knowing me for the record of being irresponsible and rebellious. I pass this time. Loving him forever and always. I prayed very hard every night. (haha)

My Favorite Suzhou

Maple Tree

Everyone has their preference of their favorite and I go for Suzhou.

In my opinion Suzhou gives me the feeling like when I was at Melbourne and a little bit of Petaling Jaya- Home. It has everything you need and it's not too buzzy.

I couldn't rate Suzhou any less as it's a tick for everything. Specialities, weather, food and for guys pretty girls ! So sad no good looking guys perhaps my taste are towards Caucasian guys so, no guys to gaze at.

Ever wonder the secret to the beauties of Suzhou girls? The answer is simple - Silk worms!! They consume their traditional supplements which consist of nutrients made from silk worms, wear clothes made of silk and used blankets made from silk !! What a way to pamper oneself. The tour guide mention that in a way the protein in silk still remains therefore people's skin gets better after using silk. In fact the comforter made from silk could help to prevent arthritis "fong sap" same concept as how the silk worm protects itself from winter.

God's creation is so beautiful and great when you think of how a simple living insect can bless in so many ways. Right from the beginning of it's life circle could be used as supplements, nutrients, comforter, bed spread, cloth and clothing....

The process of making silk really impressed me. It made me wonder who was the founder that found a way of creating silk from silk worms - a genius. Our tour guide lady "xiao zhou" said there was no definite person it was a tradition pass down from their ancestor.

Now lets not scream when talking bout food. Which Malaysian isn't a food lover. My family and I were well brought to dine for lunch at this most well known noodle shop in Suzhou.

Story Behind
They say this place used to be a stop for the Chinese Emperor. Therefore the people here strive their best to create the most delicious noodle for the emperor which is called "soo tong poh mian".

PaMio and Johninho

From the noodle, to the non-halal meat- pork and to the essence of the soup could make people fly to cloud nine - it was incredibly delicious!! The noodle was bouncy and Slurpee smooth, the pork meat was marinated till the finest and the soup was so tasty! Definitely not MSG cause Chinese people at china don't really used them I feel that they are pretty authentic in their food it's either tasteless or tasty. Unlike Malaysian food where hawkers puts heaps of MSG and after eating our lips becomes really dry, most of the food in china that we had the chance to try didn't made our lips dry and cracky after meal therefore i strongly believe it's NOT MSG, totally pure freshness? They even gave us the side dish which was a marinated fish and was one of the best fish cuisine I've ever tasted. It was sweet and salty.

In Suzhou we also visited a famous architect's building, his name is I.M PEI. He migrated to America when he was young and became a well-known architect. He designed his last building, a Museum at his hometown Suzhou right beside a mansion his family last live in. It was pretty impressive.

Inside the Museum

We visited a few Traditional Chinese Houses which have pretty much similarities to the baba nyonya houses in malacca for the interior. Whereby males gets more attention more extravagance added to their belongings. Female gets more simple settings. So grateful the world is changing.

Stone Maze
No ordinary Stone. It's thousand years old stones that are dug out from the Lake.

How many Lion Heads can u see from the stone?

"Soo Tong Poh" Garden
Your Wish is Under My command. Blueks

a Temple and a wishing bell

Koko At the Park

After dinner, we visited this area that has a Singapore Orchard Street concept. The reason to thisis because this part of Suzhou has many investors from Singapore. Therefore the Government has somewhat dedicate this place to them. It's a pretty place with colourful lights and a beautiful lake.

We could roam the whole place till Sunrise but it was time to leave with a heavy heart we hop up our half full tour bus.

Our Hotel

Time for a rest after a fun day :)

The Best of Shanghai

As said by our tour guide Shanghai is a “grey scale TV” in the morning. There was much to distress since almost everywhere was dusty, hazy making skyscrapers that were spouting here and there in this fastest growing city cool but rather dull looking. It puts salt to the wound when the majority of Shanghainese you encounter with were crude and uncivil. However just by the breath taking view of the city at night where the tour guide call it the “Colour TV”, you forget everything and absorbed by the world around you.

why things don't change. *confuse

Certain things don't change
perhaps prayer would help
but every word heard
is againts it
it's ugly to be heard
is it me or her?
though my mouth confess
it's her and not me
surely it's me
it takes 2 hands to clap
only wish i could learn to give in
hmm..can't understand my own actions
how many more years only will things be different?
totally getting tired of this type of situation.
I need a total transformation.

Leadership

Im on a Quest to build the leader in me.
As you can see
I’m a small and petite person
the squeaky voice that I “claimed” to have not helping much either
It has always been in the way for
bringing down my self esteem
and instead of building the confidence in me
it crushes my hope and crumbles my dreams
but today i'll take baby steps to bring out the leader in me.

Goal: to be a righteous leader.

Gospel Balloonology

i havent got much time to take pictures especially for the clown movement and gesture was very privileged to be given the chance to wear uncle button's clown shoe!! thanks Uncle Button!

It was very very FUN!

The encounter with the clown has inspired me to make a clown group in facebook.

Because there ain't any clown group in Malaysia at least not of many people know of so if anyone know where clown can be connected together please inform me! for now lets try to connect clowns by the facebook group yea.

CLOWN IN TOWN

Pastor Nancy's Building a team has taught me a lot on team spirit, the importance of working together instead of a lone ranger. the day when i finally be able to put into practice what i have learn will be anticipating :)

Ruth Tan's Teaching to change Lives was also very inspiring. Ruth Tan is truly a very Good teacher it's awesomeness to have met such a wonderful teacher.

If given another chance to the conference i will also like to attend John Coen's Black Light Puppetry!

I haven't got any shots for it but it was so COOL and funny!
